Ailyta Daily is designed to help you plan outfits from your real wardrobe while keeping your personal information private and protected. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

Ailyta Daily provides an AI-powered personal styling experience, including wardrobe scanning, outfit recommendations, style profiles, calendar-aware planning, and support features. References to “Ailyta,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the Ailyta Daily service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the service, and information from optional integrations you choose to connect.

• Account and contact data: name, email address, login identifiers, language preference, subscription status, and support messages.
• Style profile data: style goals, preferred aesthetics, sizes, fit preferences, color preferences, body-type selections, skin-tone selections, and feedback such as Love, Wear, or Dislike.
• Wardrobe data: clothing photos or videos you upload, item names, categories, colors, materials, patterns, brands, occasions, seasons, notes, and AI-generated item attributes.
• Calendar data: if you enable calendar sync, event titles, dates, times, and basic context used to suggest appropriate outfits. You can disconnect calendar access at any time.
• Device and usage data: app interactions, feature usage, diagnostics, crash logs, approximate location for weather if enabled, and technical data such as device type, operating system, and app version.
• Payment data: purchases and subscription status are processed by app stores and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, personalize, and improve wardrobe management, outfit recommendations, AI chat, try-on, planning, and style-match features.
• Analyze uploaded wardrobe content to identify garments, remove backgrounds, enrich item metadata, and generate outfit combinations.
• Operate subscriptions, enforce plan limits, deliver customer support, troubleshoot issues, and send service-related notices.
• Maintain safety, prevent abuse, protect accounts, measure performance, and improve reliability and product quality.
• Use aggregated or de-identified insights to understand trends and improve the service without identifying you.

4. AI Processing and Model Improvement

Ailyta uses AI systems to detect wardrobe attributes, generate recommendations, answer style questions, and power visual features. We process your content only as needed to provide and improve the service, apply access controls to sensitive systems, and avoid selling your personal data. Where settings are available, you may opt out of optional product-improvement uses that are not required to provide the service.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only with providers that help us operate Ailyta Daily, such as secure hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI processing, customer support, subscription management, and app-store billing. These providers may process information only for authorized purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

6. Storage, Security, and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including restricted access to wardrobe media and secure cloud storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, update, correct, export, or delete certain account, style, and wardrobe information through the app or by contacting support.
• Disable optional permissions such as calendar, photos, camera, notifications, or location in your device settings, though some features may stop working.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential communications where available. We may still send service, security, and billing notices.
• Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.

8. Children’s Privacy

Ailyta Daily is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer information internationally, we use safeguards appropriate for the type of information and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service, legal requirements, or business practices change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method.
