2. Description of Service

Ailyta Daily is an AI-powered personal fashion stylist application. The service provides digital wardrobe management, automated outfit generation, calendar-based planning, and an AI chat interface.

3. AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge that outfit recommendations and chat responses are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for high quality, fashion is subjective, and the AI may sometimes provide suggestions that do not align with your personal taste. We do not guarantee the appropriateness or availability of any suggested physical items.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any images of your clothing ("Wardrobe Data") that you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant Ailyta Daily a license to use, store, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Ailyta Daily offers free and paid subscription tiers (Essentials, Pro, Couture). Payments are processed through the respective app store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
