These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Ailyta Daily. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use Ailyta Daily only if you can form a binding contract and are legally permitted to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The Service

Ailyta Daily provides AI-powered styling tools, including wardrobe scanning, digital closet management, outfit recommendations, style-match scores, try-on experiences, calendar-aware planning, and AI chat. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict accounts that create security, legal, or operational risk.

4. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of wardrobe photos, videos, style preferences, notes, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Ailyta a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, analyze, transform, display, and otherwise use your content only to operate, personalize, secure, support, and improve the service.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Do not use Ailyta to make high-risk decisions or to generate content that violates laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.

6. AI Output and Styling Disclaimer

AI-generated recommendations, scores, labels, and chat responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your preferences, body, context, weather, workplace, event, or culture. Use your judgment before relying on any suggestion. Ailyta does not guarantee that suggested outfits, items, colors, sizes, or combinations will be available, appropriate, or error-free.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Ailyta may offer free and paid plans with different limits and features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers, and their billing terms apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store. Refunds are handled by the platform or provider that processed your purchase unless required otherwise by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Ailyta Daily, including its software, design, branding, models, workflows, and other service materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or our trademarks.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party services such as app stores, RevenueCat, calendar providers, cloud hosting, AI providers, analytics, or support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

You may stop using Ailyta at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue all or part of the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ailyta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
